BillBarnes.com is happy to offer two options for starting and completing the repair or engraving of your item.
Shipping Option A
With shipping option A, complete our “Submit a Repair” form. Upon completion you will be given our repair facility address. Simply box up your item(s) and mail it to us! We will call you with an estimate once we receive your item. You may choose to accept or decline the estimate. We will then ship the item back out to you. We charge $8.95 for standard delivery.
You are only responsible for:
Shipping the item to us
Accepting or declining the estimate
Shipping Option B
With shipping option B, complete our “Submit a Repair” form. We will schedule a pickup at your desired location. No fuss and no worries! We will call you with an estimate once we receive your item. You may choose to accept or decline the estimate. We will then ship the item back out to you. We charge $28.95 for this full service option.
