Every repair that is completed at BillBarnes.com is delivered in a beautiful
pouch, cleaned and completely polished. It will look nearly brand new!
Additionally, every repair that we receive is fully inspected to insure
the integrity of the piece. The last thing anyone wants is to have their
ring sized only to lose a diamond the next week due to a worn prong.
Upon receiving your repair, you will receive an email or a phone call
(whichever you prefer) to discuss your treasured item. You may, at this
point, choose to accept the estimate or decline the estimate. It is entirely
up to you (you are only responsible for shipping charges to and from our
repair facility)!
