Return, Exchanges, and Repairs

Extended return policy in effect for holiday purchases!

Holiday Extended Return Policy

It's that time of year again! BillBarnes.com would like to give you the opportunity to shop early and not worry about returns and exchanges until January 2009.

Anything that is purchased between now and December 15, 2008 may be returned or exchanged through January 15, 2009!

All of the same policies are still in place regarding any wear, alteration, or engraving. For a detailed description of these policies, please read below.

BillBarnes.com wants you to be completely happy and pleased with the product that you receive. We understand that this isn’t always going to be the case, so below, you will find our easy and convenient return and exchange policy. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please click here.

  1. BillBarnes.com allows returns and exchanges within 30 days of the ship date on regularly priced items (if purchasing a Brilliant Deductions or sale priced item, see below). If you choose to return or exchange an item, please call 1-888-619-6182 for a Return Authorization Code. Our friendly customer service representative will issue this code to you, which will allow the item to be returned or exchanged.*

  2. Complete the return/exchange form, which is found in the original delivery envelope. When packing the box for the return or exchange, please include this form and all the original packaging that was received to expedite the return/exchange process (including diamond certificates, appraisals, and any other paperwork accompanying the product).**

  3. After securely readying the package for return, affix label with the return/exchange address below. Please note that all of the information below must be listed on the label or the package will be refused and sent back to you.

Once BillBarnes.com receives your package, it will be fully inspected. At this time, you will receive an email notification that the return/exchange process has begun. BillBarnes.com is not responsible for packages that are not received or are not returned to the correct address as listed above. Until BillBarnes.com receives the package, you are responsible for its contents (please insure the package for its full value for your safety and peace of mind).

* All products returned are fully inspected prior to issuing a credit to your card, processing an exchange or issuing a store credit, less shipping charges. BillBarnes.com will not accept a return that shows signs of wear or alteration, scratches or blemishes, or has been engraved. Additionally, special orders are non-returnable.

** Please double check that you are including all of the original packaging and paperwork. BillBarnes.com must charge $250 for any diamond certificates that are not returned with their respective diamonds.

Upon acceptance of your return and during the return/exchange process, BillBarnes.com will issue you a store credit. You have 90 days to use your store credit. If your store credit does not get used by the 90th day, a refund will be issued to your credit card.

To use your store credit, just give us a call at 1-800-619-6181 and we will take care of everything over the phone. Our goal is to make it as easy and convenient as possible.

Upon acceptance of your return for an exchange, BillBarnes.com will immediately begin processing the exchange. If there are any additional questions regarding your exchange, a BillBarnes.com customer service representative will contact you either by phone or email.

Brilliant Deductions or Sale Priced Items

Brilliant Deductions or sale priced items are returnable within 30 days of the ship date for a store credit that can be used for up to one year. Store credit is for amount purchased not including shipping, handling or gift-wrapping. No refunds of monies will be issued on Brilliant Deductions or sale priced items.
