Methods and Delivery Times

BillBarnes.com offers several methods of shipping to accommodate your gift giving or self-giving needs. Please note that every item we ship is insured for its full value and is included in the price below. We will do everything we can to make sure that your purchase arrives safely to its destination. Listed below are the five methods of delivery and the correlating delivery times offered by BillBarnes.com

Express Delivery

Once shipped, your package arrives the next business day. This level of shipping offers a tracking number and Guaranteed Delivery.

Priority Delivery

Once shipped, your package arrives within two business days. This level of shipping offers a tracking number and Guaranteed Delivery.

Accelerated Delivery

Once shipped, your package arrives within 3-4 business days. This level of shipping offers a tracking number.

Standard Delivery

Once shipped, your package arrives within 4-8 business days. This level of shipping offers a tracking number.

USPS Delivery

Once shipped, your package arrives within 7-10 business days. This shipping method does not require a signature and does not have a tracking number. This shipping method must be used for all packages being shipped to a P.O. Box or to an APO address. If shipping to an APO address, please note that it will occasionally take a little longer than 2-3 business days to route it to the proper location.

Saturday Delivery

BillBarnes.com is happy to ship an item to you for Saturday delivery. If you are interested in Saturday delivery, please contact a BillBarnes.com representative. We are delighted to give you pricing information.

Product Availability

BillBarnes.com works hard to have your desired product on the shelf and ready to go the minute you place your order. However, with products fluctuating in popularity and the need for many of our products to be made to order, it is some times impossible to ship right away.

To aid in your understanding of our delivery times per product, we have put an “Availability” note on every product that we offer. When you see the following: “Availability: Ships in 2-3 business days,” this means that the product you are viewing, if ordered right away, would ship from our location within approximately 2-3 days. Business days for BillBarnes.com are Monday thru Friday, 9am to 6pm central standard time. Please note that the time listed for shipping does not include the shipping time to you once it leaves our location.

If for some reason, upon receiving your order, there is a delay in meeting our “Availability” time listed, a BillBarnes.com representative will contact you either by phone or email. At this time, the updated expected delivery time will be given and you will have the opportunity to continue with the order or cancel the order.

International Shipping

BillBarnes.com is delighted to ship internationally. When shipping internationally, please contact us at 1-800-619-6181 to place your order. All international orders must be placed over the phone with one of our friendly sales representatives.

To complete the international transaction, BillBarnes.com requires the funds for the purchase to be wire transferred. A BillBarnes.com representative can assist you with this process and give you the necessary information to begin. Please note that you are responsible for the wire transfer fee that is imposed by your bank to do a wire transfer.

As soon as the wire transfer is received, BillBarnes.com will ship the package via the method mentioned below. Please understand that BillBarnes.com is not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by your government and will not refund that amount if you choose to return the item. If you choose to return the item, you will receive a refund for the original amount wire transferred less any shipping charges. Shipping charges are determined on a case by case basis depending on the country in which the item is being shipped.

When shipping internationally, BillBarnes.com ships USPS Global Express. This delivery time takes approximately 4-5 business days if it flows smoothly through the customs process. Please note that BillBarnes.com is not responsible for any delays with customs. This is a necessary step when shipping internationally but one well worth it when opening our beautiful packages!
