wear comes the responsibility of maintenance and repair. BillBarnes.com is very happy to assist
you with the maintenance and repair of your lovely piece of jewelry. Below, you will find listed
our easy and convenient process for returning your piece to us. If you have any additional

Please call 1-888-619-6182 for a Repair Authorization Code. Our friendly
customer service representative will issue this code to you, which will allow the item to be
returned to us for the necessary maintenance and repair.*

Please include a sheet of paper that has the following information:
- First and Last Name
- Shipping Address
- Phone number and Email Address
- Original order number if possible but not mandatory
- If purchased by someone else, please include the first and last name of the giver at the time of the purchase
- List of repairs or actions you would like BillBarnes.com to take
Ex: Replace missing stone that is enclosed.

When packing the box for the return or exchange, please include the completed sheet of
paper with the information necessary from above and any additional materials if possible
(stones, bracelet links, etc) that will be needed to complete the repair.

After securely readying the package for return, affix label with the Repair Department address below.
Please note that all of the information below must be listed on the label or the package will be
refused and sent back to you.

Once BillBarnes.com receives your package, it will be fully inspected. At this time, you will receive an
email notification that the maintenance and repair process has begun. Additionally, if once inspected it
is determined that there will be extra fees or repair charges involved with your piece(s), a customer
service representative will let you know via phone or email before BillBarnes.com proceeds with the repair.
Please note that BillBarnes.com is not responsible for packages that are not received or are not
sent to the address listed above. Until BillBarnes.com receives your package, you are responsible
for its contents.

If you are returning a product for engraving, just follow the steps listed above.
You will be responsible for all shipping charges and any applicable engraving fees.

If you are returning a product for repair within 60 days of the original ship date then
BillBarnes.com will reimburse the shipping back to our facility up to a maximum of $10
(must include shipping receipt for reimbursement in the return shipment). BillBarnes.com
will also repair or replace the product for free, and ship the product back to you free of charge.
If you are returning a product for repair within one year of the original ship date
then BillBarnes.com will repair the product for free as long as it is within our
One Year Guarantee guidelines. Please note that you will be responsible
for all shipping charges. A BillBarnes.com representative will contact you regarding the shipping
methods available when the item repair is completed.
If you are returning a product for repair after one year of the original ship date then a
BillBarnes.com customer service representative will contact you regarding any repair charges
that are necessary before the repair proceeds through the process. At this time, you may choose
to proceed or cancel the repair process. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping
charges. A BillBarnes.com representative will contact you regarding the shipping methods available
when the product is ready to ship.
