BillBarnes.com is happy to accept many forms of payment. Credit cards, debit cards, money orders,
cashiers checks, and wire transfers are all accepted at BillBarnes.com. Below is information
regarding these different methods of payment.

Debit Cards:
BillBarnes.com is happy to use your debit card. Please understand that with a debit card,
your bank has set up a pre-determined debit dollar limit per day. If BillBarnes.com is not
made aware of this debit dollar limit, then there is a possibility that a “hold” of funds could occur on your bank account.
For example: If you want to purchase an item for $1000 and your debit dollar limit per day
is $500, this transaction would be declined if BillBarnes.com were not made aware
of the $500 debit limit. The reason is that BillBarnes.com would attempt to
charge $1000 and the bank would decline it due to the lower debit dollar limit. At this
time, though the transaction was declined, the bank would “hold” the $1000 attempted debit
out of your bank account for approximately 48 hours to 30 days. It is necessary to
wait 24-48 hours before re-attempting to re-process your order at the specified debit
dollar limit per day. However, if the bank has the previous days $1000 on “hold” that
means that BillBarnes.com can only process the debit dollar limit above that $1000 in
your bank account.
Money Orders & Cashiers Checks:
BillBarnes.com is happy to accept money orders and cashiers checks. This form of payment
must be made in US Dollars and must have been issued by a US bank. All money orders and
cashier’s checks are subject to a quick review once in our hands and once validated will
allow your order to be processed.
Please note that BillBarnes.com does not allow personal checks or temporary checks at
this time. We appreciate your understanding on this matter. If we receive a personal or
temporary check for your order, we will quickly return it to you so that you may re-issue
an accepted form of payment. At that time, we will begin processing your order.
Wire Transfers:
If you are interested in making a purchase using a wire transfer, please contact us.
A BillBarnes.com representative can assist you with this process and give you the
necessary information to begin. Please note that you are responsible for the wire transfer
fee that is imposed by your bank to do a wire transfer.
All international orders require a wire transfer.
Lay-a-Way:
Lay-a-Way is an easy way to purchase the fine jewelry you have always wanted!
BillBarnes.com is pleased to offer this service. We work with you individually to set
up a plan that works best for you and your comfort level. BillBarnes.com typically has a
three month or six month plan but is open to discussing other options.
Any purchases made through Lay-a-Way follow our risk free return policy so you may
purchase through this method without any worries.
BillBarnes.com does allow Lay-a-Way cancellations. If a Lay-a-Way is cancelled,
BillBarnes.com will return the full amount paid towards the Lay-a-Way. Payment money
will be returned to you using the same method that it was paid in to BillBarnes.com.
Sales Tax:
BillBarnes.com is located in Victoria, Texas which means that any orders shipped to or
delivered within the State of Texas must be charged State Sales Tax. This also means
that any orders shipped to a state other than Texas will not be responsible for sales tax
through BillBarnes.com.
Please make yourself aware of any possible taxes that your state may impose on
